Phil Liu is Chief Legal Officer at Arca. Phil oversees product structuring and ensures legal compliance for Arca’s crypto investment management platform. A finance industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, Phil has worked with some of the world’s biggest banks and law firms. Phil previously served as General Counsel at a leading managed futures asset management company and was responsible for the legal structuring of the first managed futures mutual fund. Phil holds a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting from The University of British Columbia.
