Jeff Dorman is Chief Investment Officer at Arca, an investment management firm building and managing institutional-grade digital assets products.
Jeff has over 17 years of trading and asset management experience at leading firms including Merrill Lynch and Citadel Securities, where he oversaw trading of over $100 million in proprietary capital. Jeff also served as COO of Harvest Exchange, a FinTech company that is widely utilized by asset managers and investors. Jeff is a CFA charterholder and holds a BA in Finance and Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.

Babson College and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
Tom Shaughnessy is the co-founder of Delphi Digital, a research firm providing institutional-grade analysis on the digital asset market.
Tom founded 51percent Crypto Research before merging with Delphi Digital team. Tom focuses on providing institutional crypto research spanning extensive reports on specific projects to unbiased thought pieces on the industry. He also hosts the company’s research podcast Prior to 51percent, Tom worked on the equity research team at Oppenheimer. Tom graduated with a B.S. of Finance and holds his Series 7, 63, 86 and 87 licenses.
