He was responsible for raising capital, creating intellectual property, and building and overseeing a sales team responsible for raising $50 billion in ETF AUM. Rayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Jeff is Chief Investment Officer at Arca. Jeff leads the investment committee and is responsible for portfolio sizing and risk management. Jeff has over 17 years of trading and asset management experience at leading firms, including Merrill Lynch and Citadel, where he oversaw trading of over $100 million in proprietary capital. Jeff also served as COO of Harvest Exchange, a FinTech company that is widely used by asset managers and investors. Jeff is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.

Global Head of Asset Management, Galaxy

Steve Kurz is the Global Head of Asset Management at Galaxy and a member of Galaxy’s founding team. In addition, Steve is a member of the firm’s management committee and serves as chair of the ESG Steering Committee. Before joining the firm, he Co-founded Outer Realm, an enterprise focused immersive software company (sold in 2022). Previously, he was a Principal and Head of Business Development at River Birch Capital, where he led global capital formation efforts. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Fortress Investment Group, where he held strategy, product specialist, and capital formation roles in New York and Singapore. He started his career as a Capital Markets Analyst in the Fixed Income Division of Lehman Brothers. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University. He also serves as a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Ari Paul is co-founder and CIO of BlockTower Capital. He was previously a portfolio manager for the University of Chicago’s $8 billion endowment, and a derivatives market maker and proprietary trader for Susquehanna International Group (SIG). He earned a BA in political science from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the University of Chicago with concentrations in economics, entrepreneurship, strategic management, and econometrics & statistics. Mr. Paul is also a CFA charterholder.
